"Fedrigoni are a well established, Italian paper company who have refined the art and science of making fine quality special papers. My challenge was to create a campaign which will ensure the entire UK design industry hears about the paper selection tool, consisting of 262 various paper samples which enables designers to choose the best shade and most suitable surface for their very next project."

by Naoto Fukasawa x Maruni
A not uncommon form but refined and mastered by Fukasawa and crafted with precision by Japanese woodworkers. My first impression when I sat down in this chair was not the comfort or the beauty but actually the way that the wood was so finely finished that it felt almost like glass.
Materials: Stainless steel in brushed finish
Dimensions: Height: 16” (40.6 cm), Depth: 13” (33 cm)
The Hex Table explores systemic ordering and modular relationships: each stainless steel pod fits precisely alongside others, offering infinite possibility for the table’s ultimate configuration and size. While embracing the modern need for flexibility, the Hex Table simultaneously evokes the historic discourse of American minimalism and is indebted throughout to a single truth: the timeless geometry of nature - an undeniable foundation for architectural principles.
